A Russian billionaire is to call upon the singing services of
Jennifer Lopez at the weekend - for a cool $2 million. Andrei Melnichenko is laying on a surprise birthday bash to celebrate his wife Aleksandra's 30th, though how long it stays a surprise with such high profile entertainment remains to be seen. According to the Sun, J-Lo will perform to a select audience of just 60 or so guests, Chelsea owner and fellow Russian moneyman Roman Abramovich believed to be among them. "J-Lo was booked because both Andrei and Aleksandra are fans of her. She is flying in specially from LA," a source told the tabloid. Literally flying in that is, as the couple's Berkshire home boasts a helipad, in addition to the 12 rooms and stables. J-Lo will have to be at her best if she is to match the performance given by Christina Aguilera two years ago when Andrei and Aleksandra wed.
