Paris Hilton has landed a part in the movie version of a futuristic rock musical, according Variety. She will sing in
Repo! The Genetic Opera, which is set in 2056 when the human race is almost destroyed and survival depends on organ transplants. Director Darren Lynn Bousman said he auditioned 30 actresses for the part. "Paris came in and owned it," he told Variety. "She is this role." This will be Hilton's first acting role since she was released from jail.
Also Paris' mansion has gone on sale with a price tag of $4.25 million. The Spanish-style house comprises four bedrooms - one of which has been converted to the ultimate closet. The property, built in 1926 above Sunset Boulevard, was at the centre of a media throng last month when Hilton made her journeys from home to prison.
