Anne Hathaway joins Alice In Wonderland

Anne Hathaway and Helena Bonham Carter are to star in Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland, according to BBC News.
Anne will play the White Queen while Burton's long-time fiancee Bonham Carter will play the Red Queen. Mia Wasikowska is already confirmed as Alice while Johnny Depp will play the Mad Hatter.
Burton's take on Lewis Carroll's novel is slated for release in March 2010. His version of the classic fantasy tale will use a mixture of live action and animation and will be made in 3D.
This is the first time Hathaway is going to play in a movie directing by Burton.
