Angelina Jolie's Daughter Hospitalised

Zahara, Angelina Jolie's newly-adopted daughter, has been admitted to a New York hospital. Little Zahara Marley Jolie, was taken to hospital after being diagnosed with salmonella and dehydration, on arrival to the United States earlier this month. She was admitted to New York's Presbyterian hosptial, where Jolie has spent both night and day with her new daughter, helping to nurse her back to health. Doctors at the hospital believe the actress has saved her daughter's life by adopting her, as hundreds of children in orphanages in developing countries die every week, from illness which are simple to treat. Zahara was adopted by the 30 year-old star from Ethiopia. Her birth parents have both died as a result of AIDs.
