After Josh spent a weekend with his 30 Days Of Night co-star Amber Sainsbury in Sydney, it was reported that his relationship with Scarlett was on the rocks. However, they denied there was anthing going on. According to sources in New York, Josh and Scarlett were very close during their dinner date at the Cerlcle Rouge and didn't care who saw them kissing.
