Actress and heiress Paris Hilton became engaged last week, to her Greek boyfriend, Paris Latsis. According to the American magazine, People, representatives for the actress confirmed the news, "Latsis proposed to the 24 year-old star last Wednesday." The star of the television series The Simple Life has been in Europe for three weeks promoting her new film House of Wax, alongside her perfume. The couple threw a party for friends and relatives at Hilton's home in the Hollywood Hills, last Saturday, but no wedding date has been announced. It will be the first trip up the aisle for both Hilton and Latsis. "They are happy and excited," Hilton spokesman Rob Shuter told People magazine.
