Madonna has reportedly turned down Britney Spears' request that she act as godmother to her baby daughter, because she's too busy. According to The Sun, Spears was devastated by her friend's answer. A source added: "Britney was disappointed, but she told Madonna that she understood." Spears' baby is expected later this year.
