Janet Jackson claims wedding announcement was a Joke

Janet Jackson has announced that her plans to wed boyfriend Jermaine Dupri next month are just a joke. Dupri gushed to journalists on the red carpet at the Espy awards last month that he was planning a big ceremony on September 26. But Jackson is now insisting that her boyfriend was just kidding and that they have no plans to tie the knot. "He was basically saying that's the date of the release of the new album, and making kind of a joke about it," she said. And whether she plans to get married or not, it looks as though Janet is already looking forward to motherhood. Asked by the a magazine if she wants to have children, she said: "I do and I will. I didn't before, but with Jermaine I do."
