Holmes Hammers Out Pre-Nup

Katie Holmes' lawyer father has reportedly hammered out a lucrative pre-nuptial agreement which could see the actress receive $4 million a year from Tom Cruise in the event of a divorce. The deal, worth $44 million in total, will also see Holmes snatch a California home if their marriage breaks down. And if the couple's marriage lasts more than 11 years, the former Dawson's Creek star is entitled to half of Cruise's huge fortune under California's property laws. Holmes, 27, and Cruise, 43, are expected to tie the knot next month, Life & Style Weekly magazine reports.
