Gibson's Stalker in Court
Actor-director Mel Gibson, testifying against a fan of "The Passion of the Christ" accused of stalking him, told jurors Thursday that he feared for his family's safety because the man "doesn't appear to know his boundaries." Zack Sinclair, who is accused of repeatedly going to the gate of Gibson's Malibu estate and of violating a court order to stay away, is acting as his own attorney in the case but declined to cross-examine the "Passion" director.
