Britney Spears has apparently served her own mother, Lynne Spears, with a legal warning preventing Lynne from seeing her grandchildren, all because Brit is determined to get her ex-husband back. Reporters caught a shot of her handing over a letter from a lawyer which warns Lynne she should stay away from her children if she is taking any medications that would impair her ability to be around them. She did this because Britney is sure Lynne has her own mental issues which make her unstable and Brit is also still angry that her mum sent her to rehab earlier this year. Apparently on June 20th Brit went to see her lawyer because she intends to withdraw her divorce petition to Kevin Federline. But K-Fed is not pleased with Brit's change of heart and just wants out. "Kevin told Britney she was crazy when she told him she did not want a divorce," an insider told the National Enquirer. Apparently Kevin said, "You can't make me stay married to you."
