Avril Lavigne Sells Her Canadian Home

Canadian singer Avril Lavigne has sold her home in Toronto, Canada. The 21 year-old star has sold the suburban property for $599,000. The home has two bedrooms and three bathrooms. Neighbours weren't suprised by the sale, stating that the singer rarely spent time in the residence, since she has been living in Bel Air, California with her boyfriend, Deryck Whibley, the Sum 41 singer. Lavigne, who has sold more than 13 million CDs in her career, spent last weekend in Italy at the Closing Ceremony for the Olympics.
