Gwen Stefani is three months pregnant with her second child. The singer, who already has a 20-month-old son with Gavin Rossdale, was thrilled when the pregnancy was confirmed at LA Cedars Sinai hospital.
A source said, "They found out at the hospital and couldn't wait to share the news with everyone. They're absolutely ecstatic, it's something they both really want." Last October, Gwen, 38, revealed she was keen to have more children but wanted to wait until she had finished her tour, which is now over. She said, "Obviously I'm in a race to have another one but I don't want to do it while I'm on tour."
