Victoria Beckham is the Worst Dressed Celebrity

Victoria Beckham became 2007's biggest fashion victim on Tuesday when style snipe Mr. Blackwell named her the worst-dressed celebrity of the year.
"In one skinny-mini monstrosity after another, pouty Posh can really wreck-em," Blackwell said in his annual list of fashion fiascos among music, movie and television stars. It's not the first time Posh Spice made the dreaded list. Blackwell listed the Spice Girls as No. 1 in his 1998 worst-dressed list, deriding the group as "the only spices on the planet that have no taste."
Amy Winehouse got the second place and Mary-Kate Olsen, who, with her twin, launched a high-end clothing line last year, came in third. Fergie and Kelly Clarkson rounded out the top five. Also on the worst list were French actress Eva Green, Avril Lavigne and Jessica Simpson, Lindsay Lohan and former child star Alison Arngrim. Britney Spears, who has made the list many times before, was missing. "I felt that it was inappropriate at this time to make comment, when her personal life is in such upheaval," Blackwell said. "I hope 2008 is a better year for her."
