Myleene Klass says breastfeeding helped her regain her sexy figure. The star, who gave birth to baby Ava last August, claims feeding her daughter was the key to shifting the post-baby weight.
Myleene said, "Breastfeeding helps with weight loss. It burns up to 500 calories per day so it has definitely helped me get back in shape. I still wobble in places, but it's like wearing war wounds. You can say, 'Hell, this is what I've been through!' "
An onlooker who recently spotted Myleene during a modelling shoot for British high street chain Marks and Spencer at a beach near Cape Town, South Africa, confirmed she looked "amazing". The onlooker gushed, "You would never have thought she has had a baby recently. She was very toned and wasn't self-conscious about showing off her bikini body. Her fiancé Graham Quinn is a lucky guy."
