The photographer who took topless shots of Jennifer Aniston sunbathing in her back garden has hit back at the court case she has started agaisnt him, slamming the actress for being semi-naked... on her own property. Peter Brandt took photos of Aniston, 36, as she soaked up the sun outside her house. After learning of the lawsuit against him, he told ABC news: "She's the one who went out there topless. I didn't go looking for it." He denies tresPassing, and claimed he only wanted a chance to snap the ex-Friends actress and her new love, Vince Vaughn.
