Jennifer Aniston Nearly Quit Acting

Jennifer Aniston would have quit acting if it wasn't for her lucky break in Friends. Despondent with rejection and warned by others to give up, she was rescued out of obscurity with the part of dippy Rachel Green in the hit sitcom. Aniston says, "I was once told to avoid the business altogether because of the rejection that goes with it. People would say, 'Why don't you want a normal job?' But I wanted to act."
