The supermodel complains that her personal and professional reputations have been severely damaged by the stories, which have caused her huge distress and embarrassment. She fears that unless the court grants an injunction, publisher News Group International will repeat the allegations about her. Now she is seeking damages for libel and an injunction banning repetition of the allegations at the center of her claim.
