Beyonce laughs at wearing heels to gym

Beyonce is baffled by rumours she keeps in shape by running in high heels.
The superstar is an expert at performing in her stilettos, prompting some far-fetched claims she hits the gym with her sexy footwear too. But she insists she only steps into her heels when she's dancing.
She tells Billboard, "No, I don't run on a treadmill in heels. That's a bit extreme! But I do practice my choreography in heels."
