Michael Jackson exits the court room at Santa Barbara County Superior Court on Thursday, March 10, 2005 in Santa Maria, Calif. Jackson was more than an hour late for his child molestation trial Thursday and was nearly jailed before he finally showed up, in his pajama bottoms and slippers, to listen to his accuser's second day of testimony. He looked distraught and unsteady as he walked into the courtroom with the help of his guards. He was in a hospital due to a severe back injury but the judge fined him 3 million dollars anyways.
