American actress Angelina Jolie donated 3 million dollars on Tuesday to build a new centre for refugees in the United States. The star, a United Nations Ambassador, offered the money to finance an organisation which provides legal aid to children who arrive alone in the United States, as refugees or immigrants. During an interview with the National Press Club, the star mentioned, "I can't believe that any of us would expect that it's reasonable to send a child to face this by themselves. I actually think it's cruel." The star has a 3 year-old adopted son from Cambodia. She has also revealed that her son, Maddox, would like to have a little African brother.
